Evolution of computer

Image
Computers are one of the greatest inventions in this world. Computers are a revolutionary. Earlier computers were used for calculation, but now everything is changed. Now we can use computers for everything.  The journey of computer stars from: 1.  Abacus:   Many centuries ago when man started to count the numbers, he thought of a device that can trace the numbers, and thus came the existence of the ABACUS. It was the first counting device that was developed in China more than 3000 years ago. The name Abacus was obtained from the Greek word Abax which means slab. This device basically consists of a rectangular wooden frame and beads. The frame contains horizontal rods and the beads which have holes are passed through the rods. Counting was done by moving the beads from one end of the frame to the other. 2.  Napier’s Bones:   It is a device that contains a set of rods made of bones. It was developed by John Napier, a Scottish Mathematician and hence the device was named Napier’s Bones

History of train

Image
Humans came to know the power of steam around the year 100AD. From this era evolution of the train started. In today's time, we have all types of trains, whether it is a steam run train or bullet train. The history of the train is very interesting. In 1705 Thomas Newcomen of England made a steam engine that was used to drain out water from coal mines. This engine consumed a lot of fuel. In 1765, James Watt developed an improved steam engine. It was fitted with automatic valves. There was a piston in this engine that would move up and down. In 1803, Robert Fulton used a steam engine to people a boat. It was in 1820 that George Stephenson of England made the first steam engine in the real sense of the train. Even though it was heavy but still good. By 1938 rail engines had undergone tremendous improvements. In 1912 diesel engines were made which reduced the importance of steam engines.   In today's life, we have all types of trains whether it is a steam engine train, electric t

How was bicycle invented?

Image
The invention of the wheel is one of the greatest inventions of mankind. After the invention of the wheel, mankind has tried a lot to invent something new. The first bicycle was made by Baron Van Das of Germany in 1817. He named this bicycle'Draisin' after his name. It had 2 wheels in the front wheel there was a handle. A cyclist would ride it and push his legs against the ground to move forward. The front-wheel was provided to negotiate turns. Baron Van Draise and his Draisin  In 1840 Macmillan made some improvements in this cycle. He added peddles on the back wheel. Macmillan In 1865, Lallement developed a cycle having peddles on the front wheel. People called it 'Bone Shaker' because a rider of the cycle used to get big jerks.     Lallement's cycle Finally, in 1885 the safe bicycle of today was developed.

History of cars

Image
The development of cars was first started in1672 with the invention of the first steam-powered vehicle. This led to the development of automobiles. The first petrol car was discovered by Carl Benz in 1879. This started the journey of Mercedes Benz.                                             Carl Benz    After that many car companies came and built new designs.                                                First steam car After petrol car finally now we have electric car. It was built by William Morrison in 1890-1891. First electric car The automobile industry develops itself very fast. The world's first automatic car was introduced in 1939 by Ciprian Florea.                                                   First automatic car In today's time, we have all types of cars whether it is petrol cars, diesel cars, electric cars, or automatic cars.                                                                                                                                  Cars a

The journey of Technology

Image
The journey of technology starts from the ancient stone age (3.4 Mya – 2000 BCE) . Now the question arises what type of technology was there in their period. Well, their technologies were their weapons made up of stones. They lived in caves and do hunting for food. This period is divided into 3 periods: 1. Paleolithic: Handmade tools and objects found in nature –  cudgel ,  club , sharpened stone,  chopper ,  handaxe ,  scraper ,  spea r ,  harpoon ,  needle ,  scratch awl . 2. Mesolithic: Mode V tools employed in the composite device like- harpoon, bow and arrow, fishing basket, and boat. 3. Neolithic: Polished stone tools, devices useful in subsistence farming and defense –  chisel ,  hoe ,  plow ,  yoke ,  reaping-hook , grain pourer,  loom ,  earthenware  ( pottery ), and  weapons . Now we should go to Bronze Age (3300BCE – 300 BCE). Well, during this period people used devices made up of bronze. This period is divided into 2 parts: 1. Copper Age: Copper tools,  p

Future Technology

Image
Future Technology means technology of the future. AI is a part of this technology. We, humans, are developing ourselves at a very high rate. In the future, we can have time machines, cars that run without fuel and etc. Well AI is our good friend, but yah it can become our evil. The high development of AI can destroy humanity. The best example of AI is Sophia. The  most advanced human-like robot, Sophia was developed by Hanson Robotics.  She was first activated on February 14, 2016.  The robot, modeled after the ancient Egyptian   Queen Nefertiti ,   Audrey Hepburn , and its inventor's wife, Amanda Hanson,   are known for its human-like appearance and behavior compared to previous robotic variants. As of 2018, Sophia's architecture includes scripting software, a chat system, and   OpenCog , an AI system designed for general reasoning.   Sophia imitates human gestures and facial expressions and can answer certain questions and make simple conversations on predefined topics (e.g
